Install on Grove House Nursery.

We installed the panels and the inverter in the nursery during school term as they needed this done urgently. This meant the health and safety needed to be 100% perfect. Affordable Power take health and safety when installing very seriously and do not cut any corners.

Af fordable Power insta lled solar panels at o ur nursery school, and we were extremely pleased with the service provided. From the initial planning stage through to installation and follow‑up, the whole team were kind, helpful, and diligent throughout.
The work took place on a live nursery school site during the school day, yet the installation caused minimal disruption to children and staff. The team were consistently pleasant, professional, and hardworking, and they left all areas they used clean and tidy at the end of each day.
The installation happened quickly, and we are very happy with how our solar panels are working.
We would thoroughly recommend Affordable Power and are very happy with both the process and the final outcome.

This is an example from the Fox app showing the house producing 2.57 kW on a cold winter’s day. The house load is only 309 W, so the remaining power is charging the battery to be used later in the day when it is needed. Solar works well during the winter months; it’s not just in summer that you get the benefits. Of course, in summer you generate more power due to increased sunlight, but the system still performs on cold winter days.
